3.2. Upon agreement of the project scope and quote, we require a deposit of 25%-50% to be made before we begin work on your project(s). The down payment secures your spot in our project quote.

3.3. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or termination of services.

4.1. Your satisfaction is our priority. Once the down payment is received, we'll start working on your project, dedicating our time and expertise to bring your vision to reality. We keep all project details and client information strictly confidential.

5.1. To ensure effective communication, all project-related discussions, updates, and revisions will primarily occur via email or other agreed-upon channels. We are also available via direct messaging on Instagram and Whatsapp for urgent matters or quick inquiries.

6.1. The project duration will depend on the scope, complexity, and current workload. We will provide you with an estimated time-frame for completion and keep you informed of any changes along the way.

7.1. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final result, so we offer a number of revisions based on the project type. The revision limit and included revisions will be specified in our project agreement.

8.1. Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, you will own the final deliverables.

8.2. We reserve the right to showcase projects in our portfolio, with the understanding that no sensitive or confidential information will be disclosed without your written consent.

9.1. We will treat all project-related information and materials as confidential. We will not disclose or use this information for any purpose other than fulfilling the project agreement unless required by law.

10.1. If, for any reason, you decide to cancel the project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The down payment is non-refundable once work has begun on your project, but we may consider providing a prorated refund on a case-by-case basis.

10.2. Cancellation by the client may require compensation for work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date, as outlined in the project agreement.

11.1. PictureThis will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or the Website.

11.2. Please note that utilizing PictureThis services does not guarantee an interview. The ultimate decision is based on the candidate's qualifications and experience in relation to the position they are seeking.
